SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

  • Coordination of activities with American and European contractors (e.g., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NSPA).

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

  • Installation and commissioning of installation systems (electrical, HVAC, automation, IT).
  • Construction and modernization work on military bases and facilities.
  • Quality control, acceptance tests, post-execution reports.

     

EXECUTION AND SUPERVISION

  • Organization of deliveries of specialized equipment, construction materials, and components.
  • Logistical support in a door-to-base format (Rotterdam – Gdańsk – military base).
  • Customs documentation, certificates, compliance certificates (EU / U.S. origin, non-Russian metal statement).

  • Preparation of execution projects, SOW (Scope of Work) and implementation schedules.
  • Designing the modernization of facilities (containers, workshops, warehouses, offices, technical rooms).
  • Agreements with military and civilian administration (WOT, PSP, JST).

     

PROJECTS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

  • Verification of military unit requirements and base infrastructure.
  • Technical audit of facilities and installations (power supply, HVAC, communication, security).
  • Development of modernization recommendations in line with the requirements of the Ministry of National Defence and NATO.
