Quality Policy

 

The strategic goal of the CNT Quality Policy is to ensure a lasting ability to compete in the market by delivering services at the highest quality level. CNT intends to build and strengthen its position as a solid and reliable partner, consistently caring for the interests of its clients. In our relationships with clients, we are guided by and will continue to be guided by professionalism, reliability, and timeliness. We will continuously verify and improve our actions, accepting as paramount the requirements and expectations of our clients, while always respecting the principles of professional ethics, applicable laws, and internal procedures.

 

By implementing the quality system, we ensure the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS 22163:2017 (IRIS rev. 03), which is intended to help achieve the goals set by CNT. The owners and employees of CNT intend to achieve the objectives of the Quality Policy, among other things, through:

 

  • periodic customer satisfaction surveys,
  • implementing actions aimed at preventing failures in operation, including through the Safety Policy,
  • monitoring results and systematic reviews of the quality management system,
  • improving work organization and systematically verifying the methods used,
  • analyzing problems and the causes of nonconformities and taking corrective or preventive actions,
  • systematically enhancing the competencies of our company's employees,
  • providing the necessary resources for the maintenance and improvement of the QMS.

 

The implementation of our Quality Policy is based on the awareness of the necessity of applying the highest quality standards when performing tasks carried out by the organization's employees. The owners declare that CNT employees have been familiarized with the content of the Quality Policy, accept its provisions, and implement these provisions while fulfilling their duties.
