Precision air conditioning
Precision air conditioning systems maintain the set temperature and humidity in rooms within a very narrow range. These are precision units for professional applications. Unlike comfort air conditioning, precision air conditioning systems must operate continuously on a 24/7 basis, which requires high reliability and minimum energy consumption.
Precision air conditioning units are equipped with electronic controllers and an extended software application, which enables both remote control and monitoring their operating parameters as well as smart control which in turn creates opportunities to use many forms of energy saving and ensures the required climate in a room.
The most important features of such air conditioning are:
- precise temperature and humidity measurements,
- adaptation to variable load conditions, and thus, optimization of operation,
- failure diagnostics,
- option of cooperation with other air conditioning equipment,
- communication with building monitoring systems (BMS).
In addition, precision air conditioning equipment is available in many possible configurations: air supply upwards or downwards, with direct expansion coolers and air or water cooled condensers, water air coolers, in dual cooler or free-refrigeration designs.
These units may be equipped with a wide range of accessories, such as: EC fans, electronic expansion valves, various air filtration stages, additional fire, smoke and moisture sensors. Proposed control systems enable communication with all the best known BMS protocols, ensuring connection to virtually any type of centralized management systems.
Precision air conditioning is used mainly in:
