Safety Policy
The CNT Safety Policy aims at maintaining and continuously improving technical and economic effectiveness of the Company's operations in order to ensure competitiveness of services offered to the railway industry.
The Company objectives with respect to Technical Safety are:
- Ensuring that services are preformed within required deadlines with the highest quality level, based on risk analyses conducted during the entire cycle of planning and execution of the services.
- Ensuring complete product safety during its operation,
- Prevention of negative environmental impacts.
CNT has developed the Technical Safety Policy based on the following principles:
- Transparency and justifying technical decisions being made, while complying with the principle of accepting to perform only those orders for which there is full conviction that the company will meet all quality requirements of the Customer,
- Intensive development of technology and competency management of the company's employees,
- Level of security of the sale process and timely responding to potential problems related to production or delivery to the Customer,
- Preventing negative environmental and social impacts,
- Integrating production activities and activities of other departments by implementing the required management techniques in the company,
- Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers and business partners on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation,
- Improving product quality, developing new product types that are up to the best global standards,
- Compliance of production processes and continuous development of process equipment and technologies,
- Preventing non-compliance and violation of laws,
- Compliance of technical solutions being developed with requirements and regulations, technical and normative documentation as well as the Customer's requirements and legal regulations.
The owners declare that the Safety Policy has been communicated to the employees of the company, and its assumptions are periodically reviewed and verified.
