A strategic objective of CNT's Quality Policy is to ensure a sustainable ability to compete on the market by being able to provide services at the highest quality level. CNT intends to build and consolidate its position of a solid and credible partner, consistently looking after the interests of its Customers. In our relations with Customers, we live by and will continue to live by professionalism, integrity and timeliness. Our actions will be reviewed and improved in a continuous manner, while accepting that our Customers' requirements and expectations are overriding, however, always respecting the principles of business ethics, applicable provisions of law and internal procedures.
When implementing the quality system, we make sure to maintain, develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System pursuant to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/TS 22163:2017 (IRIS rev. 03) to help achieve the objectives of CNT. The implementation of our Quality Policy is based on being aware of the necessity to apply the highest quality standards when executing tasks performed by the employees of the organization. The owners declare that CNT employees have been familiarized with the content of the Quality Policy, accept its provisions and shall comply with these provisions while performing their duties.
